Committees

All Committees shall operate according to their annually reviewed detailed policies and procedures approved by Cabinet. All Committees shall submit their detailed policies and procedures to the Cabinet no later than the date of the last regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting prior to the Annual Meeting in January.
