Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees shall have the care and custody of the property of the Church, but shall not have the power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease, or transfer the real property without specific authority by vote of the Church. The Board of Trustees shall have charge of the financial affairs of the Church within the framework of the annual budget adopted by the Church at the beginning of the year, including such modifications therein as may from time to time be voted by the Church.
At the discretion of the Board (75% of the active members) a retiring, or retired Trustee member may be recommended for Life Member status, to be elected at the annual meeting of the church. Life Members shall have all the rights and privileges pertaining to active members of the Trustee board, with the exception of voting on Life Member candidates.
