Bob’s wife and daughters became involved at CCJP in 1976 when they moved into Jefferson Park. He gradually became involved and joined as a member in 1989 and was elected to the Board of Trustees.
He graduated from De Paul University in 1963 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in economics and was hired by the IRS as a Revenue Officer. His Federal Civil Service career then took him to the Dept.of Navy and the FAA as a Personnel Management Specialist. Bob left the civil service in 1972 and became involved in the collectible business until retiring in 2006.
After retiring, Bob worked for 13 seasons at Wrigley Field as an usher for the Chicago Cubs. Now he keeps busy as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, gardening, and trying to maintain his 105 year old home.
